By brother is in Saudi Arabia he worked in a mole as accountant officer now he want to get visit visa for me ND my mom so can it be possible ????

As per my knowledge your brother can only sponsor his real blood like wife children mother & father and his wife mother father.

Ask your brother to apply online for you together with your mother and wait for approval.. if approved then you have to produce document like consent (permission) of your husband if you are married or if not married your parents name must match with your brother's passport. for more details you may consult travel agents in India..

Mother visa is not a problem. Sister visa is not that easy. But as others said, no harm in applying - sometimes it goes through.
