1- Simit, kokorec, kestane.
2 - Tripe food,
3- White Cheese, egg, olive, butter, jam.
4 - Borek, kofte, kazandibi.
5 - Mince meat.

I believe, generally, Turkish foods are one the best nutritious eatery in the world. They keep their tradition as much as possible with some advancement in spices.
Skandary Kabob, a meaty dish needs to be consume with plenty of fluid and vegetable. It will keep you full and energetic for a long time.
Kofta, full of fiber. I think, if this dish served with pomegranate sauce, and some vegetable, it will have an extremely delicious mouth watering taste.
Enjoy it while you can. Have a nice dinner or lunch.
