how to find someone who went to bahrain and have no contact since then?
#no details of passport or any kinda available

If it is a serious matter then go to the police. Without any details, you personally have no chance of finding anyone.

he had contacted 2 3 times telling he was going for driving test then told failed in one section then told got date for next month.. these were the only calls.. all through internet calling. Now we have an urgency here to get him contact. but we don't know any details there. he was Not using any social medias.

Call his workplace if you know that number or call his friends or relatives. But other then that, you are out of luck.

I thought As he has appeared for driving test, were there will be any way to get him or any contact details!

Absolutely not. I don't see any government authority sharing any details about individual test applicants with a random third party over a phone line.
