how to resolve SADAD missing payment

i payed my family visa fee and debited from the bank and not credited to abshir account since 10 days. i spoke with bank and abshir , both are replying there system is ok and no issue. how to get this payment back?

JUst go to your online banking and apply Refund from MOI there will be a option for you

i tried to refund and message came that no fund for refund and the amount already debited in the bank account
