Au pairing....

Post new topic

Hello Everyone,

I am considering Au pairing in Bangalore for 3-4 months starting in July.

I will be living north of Bangalore about half way between the center and the airport. What is life like for a foreigner in there? Is there a big expat community? Is there lots to do?

It seems like a great opportunity but Id love to know what people who are there already make of living there!

Thanks, Katy

Christine

Hey Katy,

Welcome to the forum. Bangalore is a great place to live & work in.  North Bangalore, especially an area called Sanjaynagar is very good place to live at.  Have all the facilities in this area. It is both a residential and commerical hub. Lot of foreigners live around the corner.

Let me know when you come to bangalore,u can mail to me at chandra.mohan_hr@yahoo.com and inform me of your necessities.  Shall help in whatever little way I can.
