Hello to all I am looking at buying a property on a pay monthly basis in Bulgaria next year my wife would like to find an area that has English expats and close to a Town any recommendations from anybody out there who could help point us in the right direction and is it also safe to buy pay monthly any good tips much appreciated thank you in advance.

It can be perfectly safe option to buy "pay per month". However there are some individuals that abuse the system and scams so occour, however if you work with a decent well established real estate company you will be fine.
