Need to ask if the birth takes for the one who is on visit visa, what is the procedure for the kid who is born and return to his country

You need to get an exit or out pass from your Embassy which would allow the child to leave the country. Then you can apply for a passport for the child in their home country.

New Born baby can stay for how long in the kingdom after birth. is it possible to stay until the new born mother visa is valid?

Not sure for how long. You need to check with Jawazat. But I doubt it would be longer than 3-6 months.
