We are getting business class tickets for our family as part of benefits for PHCC. Wondering if they give ticket allowance or do they arrange the tickets themselves? Which option is better?

You have multiple options either you can en-cash or you can ask them to book the ticket.

25to 45 basic+7 housing+Education fees+risk allowance+ mobile allowance+ furniture allowance if you stay in PHCC accommodation+ transportation allowance+ annual return ticket upto 3 kids, wife, and employee+annual 1 month salary.

@Wilson @Wilson Thanks alot for your response. Even with 115 contract their is varying basic salaries? is there something like professional allowance on top of these payments? I hear that instead of business class tickets they have started paying fixed amount in Lieu?
