Hi guys, my employer forward me a phone messages which is from MoM states that: MoM Need more times to review your appeal for applicant. We will get back to you within the next three weeks.‘

What I doubt is will MOM use personal phone message (not email) to notify my employer?

Is it my employer cheating on me, actually they didn’t appeal for me?

Whose employer got received a personal phone message same as my employer?

It is possible that MoM communicates with employers via a range of methods. But since no employers post on this forum, we don't know for sure.
If you doubt the sincerity of your employer, you could call MoM and ask. Or, even better: Don't join a company that you mistrust - this will create problems later!
