Résidence permit Belgium

Post new topic

Hi All,

I have received a letter from the commune (ixelles) asking me to come along with my ID proof and 25€ and this is regarding my Residence permit.
I have already received my single residence permit valid for next 3 years in August 2019. I'm not sure why this is being asked again.

Has anyone in the group received similar letter from their communes? And also it would be helpful if you could explain why this is done again?

Looking forward to your reply.

Thank you
Rahul

I assume you already have your RP (chip card). Visit the commune. Sometimes they send the letter by mistake. I have got similar letter in the past. Just go there, They wil clarify in minutes.

Hi Aneesh.

Thanks for your reply. It turned out as exactly what you mentioned. :)
