Traveling to Riyadh with Umrah visa?

After visiting Makkah and Medina, is it possible to travel to Riyadh with Umrah visa?
Is there any govt website describing about this rule?

As per the governement it is not allowed, only Jeddah is permitted.

You can find it on the Saudi Government website for visa

I heard from a news that the law recently changed and now it's free to travel with an umra visa throughout the Kingdom

I've also heard that there is an Umrah visa for 30 days of which 15 days can be used to visit anywhere in KSA
