Apostille attestation

hi all,

I have accepted an offer from Qatar. Now I am so confused about this "apostille attestation" of Degree certificates.

Can some one tell me procedure and fees? I am from Kerala.

No need to confuse , just check with any document clearing agent , and inform them its for Oman , they are well aware about this , it is being done from Ministry of external affairs , Delhi.
