Need advice on technical survey when buying a home

Hi,
I'm currently in the process of buying a home and I just got the technical survey back. I'm trying to understand if this is fairly normal with an old house in the Netherlands or if this is really bad and I shouldn't go forward with this house.
Anyone who has bought an older home in NL can you help out?
