Maybe you can try to register a business in Turkey, and have the Turkish company hire your business to work for them so instead of paying you directly they pay your Turkish business the salary they are supposed to be paying you every week or every month. I don't know if all businesses would be willing to do this. But this sounds like it would be faster then waiting for a work visa, or going there, and applying for a work visa which would take months. This would allow you to start working almost right away since it would be your business, and they would grant you a short-term permeant residence visa because you own a company which would be valid for 1 to 2 years.
