Well if transport and accommodation is covered then it should be ok for a single person to live on.

But the real question is your lifestyle and current salary.  If in your lifestyle, you will be able to save more than you do now, then go for it. Otherwise don't.

There are people who save a lot in that salary range and others who don't save at all even with 4000 BD.  Depends on your lifestyle choices.

Well maybe someone who is in the profession can comment. It would vary between hospitals.

-    Round trip flight ticket R&R - not mentioned
-    Working Hours: Hours per day a week- not mentioned
-    Calculation of paid extra works hours (if any) rendered during regular days and holidays - not mentioned
-    R&R how many days. Are they going to pay you, how?  - not mentioned

Negotiate and remember to do analysis. You might gain more if stayed in your country, if that will be the case, then what’s the point of going overseas (Bahrain) then?
