Hi there,
I'll go in ca next months. So what Kind of cheaper mobile subscription can I use in ca and to call France with WhatsApp? (I need mainly data internet in ca and call France. no commitment please!).

You can get it anywhere Most stores and Pharmacies. I don't know the exact price but it's not expensive. less than $50 USD. Also if you are staying anywhere with WIFI your phone should be able to use your WHATSAPP
