My partner is in the same boat and currently in the UK the embassy in London told us that they only reissue birth certificates there for Saudi citizens. And to contact her embassy in Saudi. I wonder if someone who retrieved it through an agent in Saudi itself was successful?

If anyone wants to ask the procedure how to retreive lost birth certificate, they can message me. I took out 2 lost birth certificates which were lost 30 years back.
