yellow slip for Resident Visa application

Post new topic

Luca Saudi

I need help to solve a problem with yellow slip for Resident Visa application.

I am requesting a family resident visa for my wife and 2 sons (one male and one female).
I first issued a yellow slip on july 31st that then I had to cancel as my daughter was by mistake registered as a male and her name misspelled.
I did issue a second yellow slip on august 18.
At the moment in the embassy they are having trouble printing the visas. They say that they only see the visa for my daughter in the new yellow slip and the other 2 visas in the old yellow slip but with the "cancelled" legend.
When I enter the Visa application inquiry in MOFA (https://visa.mofa.gov.sa/Home/Index) I can see that the applications for my son and wife are associated with the old yellow slip and my daughter has no yellow slip number whatsoever.
In absher portal I can see the old yellow slip as canceled and the new one as valid.
At the embassy they are suggesting to cancel the yellow slip and issue a third one, that does not make any sens.
Should we just wait to see if the system refreshes or maybe start application in ENJAZ again for the 3 family members?
Thanks for the help!

Hop someone with a similar experience can give me some ideas. I did not find anything related to this problem in the past threads.

@Luca Saudi

how did you cancel your yellow slip in the first place? I’m struggling to even understand how to do this.
