MOFA showing "There is no result found." for family visa search

Hello,

i am in trouble.

1 week ago, visa was showing in MOFA website. So, i took printout to submit to etimad center in pakistan

etimad center rejected my application because MOFA website not showing the visa anymore

MOFA giving this message "There is no result found.".

before it was okay on their website.

please help me. i am in dire need of help.

I think for lahore etimad, the issue is resolved as they have started accepting the applications without the information showing on mofa website.

However, for anyone whose etimad center is refusing to accept the application because of the visa information not showing on mofa website, they can directly travel to ISLAMABAD and submit their application there. They will stamp the visa in less than a week. My cousin's daughter's visa has been stamped this way, which was like 12 days ago.
