The UK is represented in Nairobi (High Commission), but apart from perhaps issuing temporary travel documents, if your passport is lost, or renewing passports for those Brits living in Kenya, they're not much help at all. The UK tends to have a 'hands off' approach when it comes to UK citizens who might be in trouble.
