Anger issues?

Being Angry at a person for wrongful things done against you is on your part  right to be angry so  i think you finish off your anger at that person then and there and don't carry this load for the rest of your life cuz for various health issues. Anger causes dirty free radicals to build in your blood  and you could get all sorts of illnesses.

If you ever get time to watch the movie "Anger management",you should watch it its worthwhile.You can get some pointers out of it.

To forgive is divine.So its your choice if that person has no remorse irrespectively you still can forgive  that person.IF you don't forgive that person,you don't gain anything but grudge which you would carry within yourself for the rest of your life and what is the point ultimately?what will you  gain?

heres the thing about anger, its like swallowing poison yourself and hoping it kills the person you are angry with.

in this world, several things are outside your control, and the main one of those is peoples reactions and perceptions. you cannot expect people to do what you expect. even if what u demand of them is your right; for example, how many fathers are absent from their childrens lives? does the child not deserve to have a caring parent? can u force a parent to care? no. highlighting a persons shortcomings makes them even more resistant to change.

the only thing you can control is how this affects you.

believe in karma, and that what goes around truly does come around. take it from me, it took me 4 long years to get my apology from a person who wronged me deeply. then again, i had moved on about it after the first 2 years. so by the time the apology came, i had already moved passed it.
