I am actually in Mauritius and want to have some infos on Non-Banking Institutions that lends money or SERIOUS Money lenders.. If someone can help please

awesome. i would say double no even if i have the numbers.

lend some money to a friend of mine. about a 100k, his child was bad(he said so!), never returned a penny.

I would really advise against that; unless it's an insurance company (non-banking)...but private money lenders...this is not just risky but mortal (literally!!) business!
