In one post, the first post on the first day you joined this site, you asked for "precise and detailed guidance on the procedure and total cost for opening a business", the cost for setting up a residence, the monthly living expenses, the cost for a convenient visa, plus "any related information missed above".

In short, you expect a group of strangers with whom you've never had a prior conversation to do the legwork and plan out your future for you.  That's a bit presumptuous, don't you think?

Why don't you do some research first, as most information are available in past posts on this website as well as the Internet at large.  Once you collect enough data but still have questions, then come back and we will try to help you as much as we can.

You also need to categorise your questions (business, accommodation, living expenses, visa) and put them in separate posts.

I have a registered company here with all the various licence requirements and to be frank, if as a foreigner, you intend to come here with little more than enough funds to rent a cheap studio apartment ( Which you certainly cannot trade from legally ) and obtain all the various documents and permissions you need including appropriate visa, bank account etc etc then you are certainly not capable of making the venture work in the first place !
Do all your research first and don't expect others to do it for you.
As for breaking into the textile import/export business, a subject I know nothing about, I am confident enough to say from your post that you will be eaten alive by those already here.
Why not operate from where you are and just make trips here to establish whatever contacts you need?

How does one jump from zero and "not invest much", knows less than "not much" based on the questions asked, and somehow miraculously end up with a "medium sized company"?

Now, before someone accuses me of jumping onto a new guy, I'll give you some real, honest advice.  Come to Vietnam, throw a bunch of money at a lawyer and he will set up everything for you and answer your "detailed and precise" questions.  Not for free, but for a fee.

And I do have a licensed, completely legal import/export company with a Vietnamese partner so I'm not just blowing smoke.  Even with a 51% Vietnamese partner we still did everything through a lawyer, not random people on the internet that may or may not have any clue about what you are trying to do.  It's not difficult, it's just time consuming and costs money.  More difficult for you without a majority Vietnamese partner.  Good luck.

Talk about a good way to annoy people on here.
This site is one of the best places to ask for advice or help.. you won't get as much honest info from the locals because of the language barrier and also the fact you are a foreigner like the rest of us.

Don't assume everyone when you arrive will bend over backwards to help you.. any business small / medium / large takes time and effort, as guess what you will probably fall flat on your face several times.

Heard the phrase don't burn your bridges ? You just did that in a debate with people living in VN that have set up working businesses..

Grateful, I do understand the applicable funds to be required for an apartment and getting it furnished with necessary things, for Company Opening though I have some information but believe its not authentic. Obviously my intention surely would be to visit to undertake process.

Regarding doing from where I am based, its not viable, I cannot guarantee / assure quality parameters, cannot implement timely shipment and prior inspections, being basics of Textiles.

Thank you for your advise.
