Work permit termination

My brother traveled back home for vacation on Jan due to the current global situation he didn't make it to come on the specified time then the company sent him a message that the work permit has been cancelled
What is the way forward since he wants to return back to Bahrain as soon as the airport is open

He can't come back until he gets a visa - visit or employment.

If he takes a visit visa how long is the allowance f stay to find another r job

Depends on the visa. It could be for 30 or 90 days. That is the time he has to find a job and get it transferred to a work visa.

Procedures are simple. If he is eligible, he can try to apply on the evisa.gov.bh site. Otherwise, someone has to sponsor a visa for him i.e. company or agent etc.
