I also saw maple syrup at Annam's other location (the basement level of Saigon Centre on Lê Lợi Blvd).  Not sure if there's any at Thảo Điền location.

You can also try Black Market in Thảo Điền.  The store has just about every country's signature food items, and if you don't see what you need on the shelves, the excellent staff will order it for you without hesitation.  Their prices are high but the quality and customer service are unsurpassable.

I’ve tried those markets  you guys mentioned, but I found out the taste is different then original, is there any Canadian has this experience?

An Phu Supermarket across the street from Annam Gourmet in Thao Dien usually has 1 or 2 selections. While Annam has a bigger selection of imported foods, An Phu tends to have the main things but cheaper than Annam. You can also order it on tiki.vn. Haven't ordered maple syrup there before but I have ordered other items successfully.
