Value of tax payed for cars imported in etiopia

Hello everyone
I would like to know the value of the tax payed for a car imported in Ethiopia.
What im asking exactly is :if there's a procidure to calculate this value, inserting in this procidure the model, price of the car and the year of the manufacture of the car.
U can give me any information u can.
