Getting a new saudi work permit and visa

Hi I'm new to this expat forum. I'm currently residing in Saudi in a Business visa also I'm having a valid work visa for Bahrain. One potential employer wants me to hire to his saudi company. He is ready to process a saudi work permit and iqama. With that being said,

1. Can saudi work visa be processed while holding a work visa for another country or

2. do I need to cancel all the current Visa in my name and travel back to my home country in order to process the saudi work visa.

3. In the current situation is saudi issuing new work permit or when it will resume issuing new work permits (note I'm currently inside KSA)

4. Is there any other risk that I need to consider

Hiring process might still effect but the biggest risk is the changing of medical exam procedure due to aftermath of pandemic COVID-19.
