What challenges do foreign English teachers face in their teaching and professional development in China?

Hi! I am studying MA English Language Teaching.
I am researching foreign teachers’ ELT experiences in China for my dissertation.
As a foreign English teacher who has experienced teaching in China, your answers will be very useful for my research.
