In June 2021, I plan to marry a Filipina.
My question is, how long can I be in the country after getting married, and getting papers?

As of right now there is no planned date for the Philippines to allow tourist visa people into the country! So unless you already have a long stay visa I wouldn't count on a June wedding! You will qualify for a one year visa when you marry! But if not already a resident of the Philippines then you can't ender until restrictions are lifted! Best you check online with both your country's embassy and the Philippines online website! They update the info you need regularly!
