Ok as per title, are there any sailing schools in HCMC ? I know there are plenty out on the coast, but figured if I could find one locally it would be better for me.

I am pretty sure there is none. The closest are in Vung Tau and Mui Ne.

Cheers I dint think about Vung Tau, that's an option to investigate.
Certainly a little closer than Mui Ne :-)
