Dear All

This is habib from Dehli, my company in riyadh terminate me on oct 31. only 15 days notice was given and I was working as a permanent employee since 3 years, they told me to take transfer within 60 days otherwise they will send exit. After searching for job I couldnt be able to find and only 10 days left now, to save my stay I discussed with some shirka to take kifala for me and they send the talab. The company called me and keep the long agreement of competition undertaking to sign this if you want transfer. I told them I dont have job current market situation is bad and if I do this i will me more limited.

they want me to do for 24 months, my question is that

As I heard from some friends, this is no more valid already exempted from law . is this true? and if not how important this can be and how I will move forward. they didn;t pay me also any money service etc. what about notice period salary if they dont give
