The painfully slow process of TRC

Like many on this forum, I too have applied for the TRC in mid-December and waiting for an email/message/call to submit my documents to further the process. Considering the present situation, the process is taking 3/4 months or longer, is there a way to complain to the Turkish government of this painfully slow process that is derailing many of our plans and tying us in a forever long process of getting a Temporary Residence Card/Permit?

During the process your phone/sim becomes inactive and regardless of whatever the outcome would be of your application, you are forced to pay mobile phone tax or purchase a local phone.

I know people cannot travel out unless they have the TRC sorted. Many having various types of emergencies or events that require them to travel and they are bound because if they do travel out before getting approval or TRC, their application would become invalid.

Opening a bank account is another headache when you are tied into this forever long process. I had to explore the market to purchase an apartment here but I just can't do anything unless this TRC is sorted. I cannot accept that all this is because of the COVID situation, while all other businesses working why can't this?

Same here. Have the same exact complaints. I've been told by a couple of lawyers that I just have to wait. I don't really know if we can file a complaint anywhere, and whether it'd help. The whole thing is a pain.
