hello good day..im jappo from saudi arabia.way 2017 ive rent a car and it was unpaid of 1700sr.suddenly my company transfer me into another location in alhassa and ive got lost contact with rent a car in riyadh.....on dec 2 2020 i have recieve a message from MOJ execution court that they given me 5 days to pay 5,000sr because they already filed a case against me. after 5 days duedate ..lately i have also recieve a travel ban for 10yrs because of fail to paid in given date...now January 5 2021 after 1 month ,im planning to pay thru bank.

my question is will the govt accept my payment even if delay.

and also,if its ok if i pay 2500sr and another 2500 nextmonth.?please can someone help me to solve this problem

You must pay from the MOJ sadad number, I am sure they will provide this information in the MOJ website associated to your iqama number. Simply login to MOJ site. You can pay partially and gradually. I am sure they will accept it. It is best to contact the rent car company and speak to the big boss there, explain them your situation and try getting the case closed. As I understand, if you have open case in court, your iqama can be blocked so you cannot renew anything in the system or even travel outside KSA.

ive already contact the rented car company and they say i have to pay full 5000sr.and yes i recieve the sadad number...
my concern is im already delay .they given me 5 days to pay . from dec 2 upto dec 6 to settle the payment .i dont know if the MOJ still considered my payment .thanks for your reply sir .
