you may try registering at NAJIZ portal and file a complaint (https://www.iam.gov.sa/authservice//use … ce?lang=ar)

Dear mohammed pasha,

In labour cases, make sure for the following two primary points before lodging a claim or starting any court action:

1- You are still within one year period of the last working day.
2- you have not signed any clearance or settlement.
