receiving phone package from outside turkey

Hi, my friend send me iPhone from the United States I was wondering will I be able to receive it in turkey or no?

Unfortunately, you can't send a phone, Turkish customs are going to send it back

My sister send a package containing, iPhone ,laptop and iPad, I have called ptt about the package but they told me the package is with custom but I track it online but it says it has been cleared from custom , it was sent by DHL, help
