my visa expired on Jan 31 then I left my job and I have got a new job but still on Feb 28 they are not visa applied if I stay in Bahrain any legal issue ?

You can only stay 30 days once visa is finished. To stay longer, you need to apply for an extension of stay at LMRA. If you don't do that, you are staying illegally and your new visa may be rejected.

I can't do anything company told me they will apply [ March 2 date is a final rite?
* if a new visa rejected what will do?

If rejected then you have to leave.

Depends on length of overstay - may have to pay a fine. Check with NPRA before leaving.

As far as other option is concerned, I already told you - go to LMRA and ask for extension of stay post visa expiry.
