Moving to Zanzibar

Hi everyone,
I'm Chazy and I m planning to move to Zanzibar in 2/3 months. I'm a personal trainer and sport nutrition coach. I am fed up with the covid nonsense and I want to live in a quiet, warm, relaxed island. I used to live in Tenerife, canary Islands before I was forced to move to Germany where I work now.
My question is can anybody help me with any information as to which is the best area to live, found a job (eventually I want to run my own coaching business). And what are the steps to take before moving down there.

Zanzibar is an Island which formed with Tanganyika erlier April 1964, by then Past president Karume and Past presdent and the first president of Tanganyika Julius Kambarage Nyerere.Althouth the part of Zanzibar has three Island which are Pemba , Mafia and Unguja . This part of Tanzania is nowdays famous for Tourists voccations from its old slave trade history in East Africa with its marvelous white sands .
