You do not need to attest it from all those departments.
Attest it from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) of Pakistan.
Anyone who has a technical profession can apply for family visa.
Are you registered with SCE?

Registered with sce...as general maintenance technician and profession, engineering technician....

It means direct take appointment from absher for istiqdam.....if they ask for mofa ksa ...then....

So your profession is different and your registration is different.
You need to change profession according to SCE registration.
