I am currently working in the Netherlands on ICT (Intra-company Transfer) visa. I have a job offer from Belgium and plan to move there in the next 3 months.
My wife, who is currently in India, has filed her application for the dependent visa with the IND and plans to travel to NL in the next couple of months before we move to Belgium.
Question -
1)What would be required to raise her dependent visa for Belgium?
2)Can we submit the application for dependent visa for two countries (NL and BE) simultaneously?

Any feedback will be highly appreciated!

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

To answer your questions.

1.  I don't know, but I'm sure our guys over on the Belgium Forum may have some information; this link will take you straight there.
2.  Nothing stopping you, but you don't need to; she can travel with you between B/NL.  The question will be will her Residence Permit come through quickly enough to allow it.  The issue is Covid and the fact that a significant part of the Dutch civil service is still working from home.  You say you're in the Netherlands, then call your local Gemeente and ask them what the turn around is for residence permits.  There is also the issue of the extra costs to you of having duplicate apostilled documents.

Hope this helps.
