How to extend visit visa after 365 days due to pregnancy

My wife is on a multiple-visit visa for a year. It has already expired now.
She is now pregnant. I need to know is there any possibility to extend a visit visa after 365 days due to pregnancy?

Dear,
Get a medical certificate from hospital mentioning the travel issue (make sure to get stamp from dr and hospital) and try to request by online. If they didn’t extend, then visit jawasat office with all your documents including medical certificate and the screenshot copy of request you done by absher, to make them understand that we had already requested online
