I am a Sri Lankan came Norway lastweek to update some IT programs  for our company  I am in Harestua near to Oslo city will be staying another one month  and it is a very beautifull and peacefull city  but no one to talk  I don’t know who is living in front of my house no one is coming out from their houses I only can see people get their dogs for out side walk  but no one will smile or talk .
Just anyone will living near by me to talk or have some tea or coffe  I will be very much like   :)

Hravn

Thats NOrway for you!
No one talks, no one smiles, no one helps. Everybody just want to keep for themselvs and dont be bothered.
Sad to say, but get used to it.
If you want to make contact with anyone.....just try to talk with some people on a cafe or in your nabourhood, one or two out of 20 people will peobably start to talk with you.
But enjoy your stay, lol :)

Thank you Hravn

I will try to get someone to talk :)
