Getting vaccines in Egypt

Hello,
Hope you can help me out.
My baby s 6 months old and we came to Egypt one month ago (I delivered in my home country).
My question s how baby can countine with her vaccine claander in Egypt? I compered vaccine calendar for my home country and Egypt and there s some slight differences that comes later on but for now, there s no issue to follow Egyptian one.
Here I was told they will write which vaccine she took on back of her birth certificate which sounds crazy to me and apsolutly won't be accepted as relevant in my home country and in same time Egyptian doctor refuse to stamp her existing file that we brought (its important to me to have a file as baby will go to school in my home country) Going home again or waiting to go home again so she can take her vaccine s not option as well as I can't take annual leave before October and duration will be too short for all vaccine she will be missing.
My question s where baby can get fresh vaccine and in same to get file (even if I create and print it by myself but filled and stamped by a doctor) where it will be written name of vaccines she took, what's used for, lot number etc.?
I would appreciate any sort of feedback on this.
