COMPANY FORMATION BY AN EXPATRIATE

I believe somebody available can advice on my situation.

Am an Indian, here on a visit with no previous history here. Main purpose of visit is to do a feasibility study on a particular coating solution in application level. study part is over, am confident enough to launch the product here in Oman. Am concerned on a local sponsor and company formation. Am not an industrialist or a person from comfortable living environment. I am having my own limitations as well.

Advice me please with different ways of company formation. The product mentioned is not for sale, but for application & service.

Do I need sponsor, Someone informed I am able to start my own with R.O.5000.00, Can an expatriate?
If i require a sponsor, how will i find him ?
what are the current sponsorship terms in the market?
How will i earn a visa in the same company?
What about authorised signatory?
