Guidance re moving to Malta post Brexit

Hi

Background - I am Maltese but have been living in UK for the last 10+ years. My husband is English.
We are thinking about possibly moving to Malta but I cannot find any decent information as to what we would need to do.

Brexit has made everything more complicated.

Can anything point me to some links/websites etc. where I might get information like:

1) as i am a Maltese citizen, would we have to register under some scheme to move to Malta.
2) would my husband need visas etc to work in Malta as a spouse to a maltese citizen
3) would we be taxed on any money we transfer to malta
4) list of items we can import in malta

etc.....

just looking for some clear information

We moved out here in Nov 20 just before brexit, and it cost us over £5000 shipping & insurance etc
Use a repitable company it took 3 weeks for it to get to us (our fault we added more stuff). 7 pallets worth. Keep it minimal.
There were no inport charges tax etc as these were personal however it will be different now as your coming from a third country, so beware, and plan. Also plan for ID cards etc make sure your husband has all the right paperwork.
Check Malta.gov and uk gov sites. You will get plenty of info there. Dont import you car best sell and buy here.
You dont mention how long you have been married. If over 5 years he can gain citizenship like me. That will help tremendosly. Check gov websites they have alot of info.

As a Maltese citizen you have a right to live here and have very few formalities.

Family reunification for Maltese are a much more complicated affair - EU citizens from other countries have more rights in Malta wrt family reunification than yourselves alas.

I suggest you speak to an immigration laywer .
