Post new topic

Hi Everyone

After 14-March (new rules-KSA), Can an employer still deny visa transfer (like with earlier rules) to his employee if an employee resigns and serve the said notice period ??
Can anyone provide the reference of the new rules ?

Thanks

Yes, he can deny it.
There is system that still gives them power to do so that's why they are doing it.

What I got to understand is even if they reject you will be transferred after 90 days.   Still not confirmed but got this information from the new employer GA department.

And the current employer can put final exit on anyone's visa in 90 seconds.

In Earlier kafala system, if an employer gives a transfer, they lose a VISA. Is still the same rule? If the same rule exist, why will an employer lose a visa, so he will give an exit to the employee (not transfer) if he resigns. This i want to know.
