I am on card D and I will be blessed with a baby.

Can we able to opt for Belgian citizenship for the baby?

Baby will take nationality of parents. If you became Belgian anytime soon for the baby it will be very easy as he/she is still minor. If one of you were Belgian at time of birth it would have been automatic.
