It depends.
If your company gives you permission.
It doesn't only required a technical profession only.

Basically you need a paper like a permission to apply for family visa from your company.
According to the laws companies are responsible for all the expenses of their employees including family visa and their expenses of iqama.
So, you need a letter from the company.
And if you are registered in SCE then yes, you are eligible for family visa.
But as i said you need permission from your company.
