I guess you mean ‘assistance’? If you are indeed looking for an ‘assistant’, post the job and interview prospective candidates.

Do clarify, also assistance with regards to what?

As in immigrant who plans to move to Singapore, here are a few tips-
1. Resort to portals like PropertyGuru to find a suitable accommodation that serves your requirement and is conveniently located to serve your transport/ commute to work etc
2. Assess what essentials you need to buy, depending on furnished or unfurnished accommodation
3. Your Property Agent will guide you with the contract, also help you set up your utilities account
4. Most importantly, ensure you have safe travel approval and are ready to serve your SHN which is a mandate for every incoming traveler (from non-high risk countries)
5. Get yourself a local number and upon arrival and post SHN, get your work/ employment pass issued

Don’t think there are any other important considerations, SG is a culturally diverse, safe and convenient country.

Your employer's HR will certainly also help you with the settling-in process. Ask them!
