Opening a BV and being employed by it

Hi Community,

I wanted to know if anyone has opened a BV in the Netherlands before arriving in the NL?

In case I am the only employee of the company?

What kind of tax do I have to pay?

Will I have to pay a company tax + an income tax?

What if I draw the whole business of the company to my self as a salary?

Please let me know if anyone has more information on this.
