Resign before the contract

I have one year contract and one year visa with my company. I have completed 6 months. Is it possible to make resignation without any issues ?

I am working in bahrain 3years 6 mnth one company now i received an offer letter then i sent my resignation letter and offer letter to the company via bahrain post
But my company doesn't want to give loc tranfer they to call to the new employer 's (M. D.) AFTER HR SAID TO ME WE CAN NOT TAKE YOU YOUR CURRENT COMPANY CALL TO THE MY BOSS AND THEY DOSENT WANT To BREAK RELATIONSHIP
? CAN ANYONE SUGGEST WHAT TO DO IF I GOT ANOTHER COMAPNY S OFFER LETTER THEN VISA CHANGE WILL BE CHANGE FROM PINK CARD ?
